Client funds are always held in secure accounts at major banks.
What is the minimum transfer?
The minimum transfer is £5000 although we do have a regular payments facility for smaller amounts, such as monthly mortgage re-payments.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Our service is totally transparent, the rate is all inclusive.
How do I know my funds will arrive on time?
Funds will be transmitted on the agreed value date and you will be provided with written confirmation.
What does the registration process involve?
The registration process only takes a few minutes. All you need to do is e-mail a copy of your photographic ID, utility bill or bank statement and the signed terms and conditions (ID and address verification is required in order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations). Alternatively, you can post them to us or fax them. Once these have been verified you will receive a welcome e-mail and your account is open and you are ready to trade with us.
Are you regulated or monitored by a governing body?
Yes. We are monitored by and registered with HM Customs and Excise and comply with the Money Laundering Act 2003. |
